We offer 100% guaranteed exchange and altercation for your selected product. Please note the following instructions for exchange and altercation:
- Orders within Lahore can be exchanged/alteracted within 6 months of the purchase date.
- Orders from other cities and outside Pakistan can be exchanged/altercated within 1 month of the purchase date.
Refunds/Exchange
- Refunds are not offered, only exchanges are permitted.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase, subject to stock availability and presentation of proof of purchase.
- Please provide photographic evidence of the item required to facilitate the exchange process.
- To proceed with an exchange, kindly send the order parcel to our head office for processing.
