Return & Exchange Policy

• We offer Exchange Only (no returns) within 7 days of parcel collection.

• Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• Exchange shipping methods and costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Please note that we do not offer any return or exchange on our 'Signature Category' articles.

• Orders placed prior to the launch of a Sale (including those placed a night before) will not be adjusted to Sale prices.

• Pre Order articles are not included in any Sale and will always be charged at their original price.
