Cancellation Policy
• Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.
• As many of our pieces are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
Refund Policy
• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for made-to-order or print collections.
• This policy helps us maintain the craftsmanship and integrity of our artisanal production process.
Exchange Policy (Print Collection Only)
• Exchanges are only applicable to our printed collection, not to any embroidered or made-to-order pieces.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing vashahscarves@gmail.com.
• Items must be unused, with tags intact, and returned in original packaging.
• Approved exchanges may be processed for another item or a credit note, valid for future purchases.
• We do not cover return shipping costs for exchanges.
Note on Sale Items
• Any order placed before a sale is live — regardless of timing — will be processed as a full-price purchase.
• No retroactive discounts or negotiations will be entertained.
